Objectives of the Course The aim of the course is to examine the difference between the translation of children’s literature and other types of translation, to explore the strategies and methods that can be applied when translating children’s literature, and to critically analyse translated texts of children’s literature.
Course Content The history of translation of children’s literature, theories of approaches to translation of children’s literature, challenges of translation for children and solutions.
