Objectives of the Course
|
Linguistics studies the structure of human languages, encompassing a comprehensive, systematic, objective, and precise analysis of all aspects of language. The course includes the study of the most important branches of linguistics such as phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax and semantics. The course aims to familiarise students with linguistic terminology and the concepts underlying these terms, and to put this knowledge into practice through various exercises across linguistic branches.
