Objectives of the Course The main purpose of the course is to teach students the rules of law governing administration and administrative activities. In this teaching plan, mainly the administrative structure of the Republic of Turkey and administrative law legislation will be emphasized.
Course Content Basic principles of administrative law, Turkish administrative system, rule of law and administration, central government-local governments, protection of human rights.
