Objectives of the Course The objective of this course is to equip students with the knowledge and analytical skills needed to use Decision Support Systems, Business Intelligence, and business analytics in managerial decision-making.
Course Content The course covers the fundamental concepts of Decision Support Systems and Business Intelligence, the evolving business environment, managerial decision-making processes, the relationship between DSS and BI, decision-modeling methods, the types and components of DSS, decision-making under uncertainty, and applications of business analytics.
