Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to introduce students to the fundamental concepts of Java programming and develop their algorithmic thinking and problem-solving skills. Students will learn to design and implement basic programs using variables, data types, input/output operations, decision structures, and loops.
Course Content Introduction to computer programming and Java, programming environment setup and usage, algorithm design, error handling, fundamental data types, variables, arithmetic operations, input/output, strings, comparison and logical operators, conditional statements (if-else), multiple selection structures, nested decisions, Boolean variables, and loop structures (while, for, do-while).flow diagrams, general applications, transition from flow diagrams to coding, C # programming language and its properties, C # program development applications, data input / output operations, one-dimensional arrays and applications, two and more dimensional arrays and their applications, sorting algorithms and search algorithms, sorting algorithms.
