Objectives of the Course This course aims to enable students to identify their interests, abilities, values, and competencies and set career goals; and to acquire basic knowledge and skills in preparation for working life, CV preparation, job searching, interviews, professional communication, and career development.
Course Content Career and career planning concepts, self-awareness, analysis of personal competencies, setting career goals, understanding the business world and professions, CV and cover letter preparation, job search channels, interview techniques, professional communication, personal branding and digital identity, networking, entrepreneurship, lifelong learning, and individual career planning.
Course Methods and Techniques Lecture, discussion, case study, individual study, practice, self-assessment, and project-based learning.
