Objectives of the Course
|
To enable students to integrate their theoretical knowledge in Political Science and Public Administration with field practice in public institutions, non-governmental organizations, think tanks, or private sector; allowing them to observe organizational structures, legislation, and workflows on-site and acquire professional field experience.

Course Content
|
This course covers the analysis of institutional structures and job descriptions, observation of workflows and operational processes, participation in public service delivery and project implementation, stakeholder analysis, observations of crisis and process management at the field level, comparison of theoretical knowledge with field practice, and the preparation and presentation of a comprehensive academic field report.
