Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to enable students to understand user-centered safety principles in interior architecture and apply fire safety, accessibility, building materials, emergency planning, and relevant national and international regulations in interior design projects.
Course Content This course covers safety principles in interior architecture, fire safety, escape routes and emergency evacuation planning, accessibility, safety criteria for building materials, occupational health and safety, lighting and electrical safety, risk assessment, and relevant regulations.
Course Methods and Techniques Lectures, case studies, project reviews, regulation analyses, classroom discussions, and practical exercises.
