Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to make students gain detailed information about vertical circulation systems and to improve design capability of students about vertical circulation systems
Course Content This course examines vertical circulation systems in buildings from functional, ergonomic, technical, and design perspectives. It covers the design principles, standards, accessibility requirements, and spatial integration of stairs, ramps, elevators, escalators, and other vertical circulation elements, enabling students to incorporate these systems effectively into interior architectural design.
