Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to introduce the principles of interior building elements, construction materials, and construction details; to explain the relationships between floor, wall, ceiling, and vertical circulation systems within building construction; and to develop students' technical detailing skills.
Course Content This course covers interior building systems, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, construction materials, door and window details, raised floor systems, suspended ceilings, vertical circulation systems, and the preparation of technical construction details.
