Objectives of the Course
|
The purpose of this course is to introduce the Java programming language and provide students with an understanding of its fundamental structures and programming statements. The course covers common Java programming constructs and procedural programming concepts while laying the foundation for object-oriented design. Students learn the principles of algorithm development and gain experience toward the capability of developing Java applications and projects. In addition, the course helps students develop the skills required to identify, analyze, and debug errors in Java programs.
