The course includes listening for main ideas and details, making inferences, note-taking, oral interaction, discussion techniques, expressing opinions, asking and answering questions, presentation skills, interviewing techniques, group discussions, critical thinking, interpreting visuals and graphics, persuasive speaking, and academic communication strategies.
