Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the avionics systems, propulsion mechanisms, and maintenance procedures of UAV-0 and UAV-1 class aircraft, and to conduct safe flight operations within the framework of SHT-UAV instructions.
Course Content This course covers theoretical and operational topics related to the technical equipment knowledge, air law regulations, human factors, and emergency scenarios required for commercial UAV piloting.

3 Propulsion Systems Engine types, rotor and movement mechanisms, Propellers, wings and propulsion principles
4 Energy Systems and Batteries Structure and use of Li-Po batteries, Charging procedures, storage and safety precautions
5 Avionics and Control Systems Radio control systems and frequencies, Autopilot systems and flight control boards
6 Ground Control Station (GCS) Ground station hardware and software components, Data links and telemetry
