Objectives of the Course The purpose of this course is to provide the student with a fundamental knowledge and experience in the conducting and writing of clinical interviews.
Course Content While students gain hands-on experience with the basic skills required for a semi-structured clinical initial interview through role-playing and observation, they will also acquire the knowledge and experience needed to conduct these interviews and write evaluation reports.
Course Methods and Techniques The classes will be interactive, involving hands-on practice through role-playing exercises, and will be held partly in the Psychology Department’s interview room.
