Objectives of the Course This course aims to provide a spatial understanding of concepts, findings, and methods in the field of psychology by examining them from a historical perspective; and to enable students to identify concepts and phenomena from the historical standpoint of psychology and to engage in theoretical discussions about them.
Course Content This course, which covers the historical development and schools of thought of psychology, includes the following topics:
-The emergence of psychology,
-Its fundamental theories,
-The philosophical movements that led to its emergence,
-Its current state,
-Its future existence.
