Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge of computer and internet technologies, digital literacy, and digital transformation, to enable effective use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and to develop the knowledge and skills required to use AI-supported digital tools ethically, efficiently, and professionally.
Course Content This course covers the development of computer and internet technologies, digital transformation, digital literacy, basic and advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications, document preparation and formatting, data analysis and visualization, presentation design, generative AI-supported office applications, sustainable digital work practices, and micro-credentials.
Course Methods and Techniques Synchronous online lectures, question-and-answer sessions, live demonstrations (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), screen-sharing-based practical instruction, discussions, individual assignments, AI-supported learning activities, and online presentations.
